If you just use VRoid Studio and make the models entirely yourself then use them, that's perfectly fine.

but the answer is pretty much: it depends on what your model consists of
but your question actually is not directly related to vroid but the software youre using. if you for example use MMD or VRM Live Viewer then you must absolutely list and credit all your sources. model, stage, effects, song, motion, etc etc.
you should never just post a dance video without credit unless you created all from scratch (motions, expressions, camera motion, music, stage, effects, etc) but even if you make all of that you still have to credit the software you used to make them dance and need obs or unity motion capture to record a video. you dont get around crediting in that regard really.
so the easiest rule of thumb is
should you credit your sources: yes.
even if its not explicitly required its always appreciated.
just imagine you actually do make a video and someone downloads that to remix it and reupload it without any source where it came from and people have no chance of finding your original video anymore while the remix gets clicks and views.
