Why all "100 Hidden" games are not eligible for global achievements and collections? If you take a look at the store page, some games are "Profile Features Limited" or "Steam is learning about this game", both means doing all achievements don't increase our showcase profile, neither our global achievements count... Why?

There are games with less content that increase our count, like the "Eternal Man" series. Each 4 of them give us something like 5,000 achievements, and the gameplay is simply pressing a button to jump with the character, which we don't even need to do because just opening the game does give us the achievements.

So... Why "100 Hidden" games aren't legible to increase our achievement showcase nor global achievement?
