Campaign with economy.

Is the game developer not interested in a campaign where you have to win races with economy and buy cars, parts, engines?

There is a very long list of things to possibly do in the future. What you suggest has been a one possible future feature for a long time. One problem with that is that it usually makes the good players even better and beginners struggle against them even more. But anyway, it is still something to consider in the future, too, if there are enough players who feel it might be fun.
