I think it only shows if you have the prayer equipped on that character, might be the issue?

I've noticed in the past that I had to load a different screen to get the character profile to update after equipping the prayer. I assume that is still the case.

If you have the prayer equipped. You'll see it when you enter a map with mobs that can be giant in the bottom of the inventory's stat page. Doesn't show up in town.

If you don't see it when on a map with mobs, you probably don't have the right prayer equipped.

This. Just going to the rock and activating it won't show the stat, you have to switch screens so the game "updates" your current status. Equip the prayer, switch screen, pop.regardless of whether there are monster or not on that screen. By now you probably figured that out yourself but just for the record, can confirm.
