What was the story?
Just finished the game... I don't really understand..

SPOILERS!!!

People grinded hours and hours to collect all the spirits, and it doesn't affect anything in the end..
Was Akito dead all along?
Was the underworld realm is a thing? is this stuff really happened?
what happened to Akito? what was the underworld realm at first place?
I really need answers, can't find it anywhere..
Like any answers, please?

The real reason for the spirits its to unlock a "side" character story, a KK friend that ask u for it!

yeah man i know that one. just saying people and including me was mad about it does nothing besides a achievement after hours and hours of grinding and it doesn't even unlock a small cutscene or something.

Just a bad story over all. Hamfisted ending, not even a good combat encounter. KK gets nothing after all of the story that there is.... Poor writing.

I finished the game a while ago, but what's there to understand?

You defeat the bad guy and KK goes to "heaven" along with Akito's parents and sister.
I thought the ending was a perfect conclusion.
