why 20fps?
No matter what settings I choose, I have frame drops at 17 or 20 FPS.
Why does this happen?
this only happens to me with this game

maybe is a japanese ghost trying to f with me

I have cinematics that drop to 15 on Steam Deck, then when I play again it come back to around 40.

I get 120fps on my potatoe AMD 6800xt 5800x, the game actually runs better on linux for me. Yours should be better. disable RTX.

Doesn't happen evern in this game to me.
So I rather think your system is f... with you. Sounds like a CPU limit.
So what's your rig? any RAM OC or similar?

After getting out of the hospital I never had slowdown again and I played more than 10 hours after it, so it is all good on Steam Deck.

yES i GET THIS RANDOM SLOWDOWN. iLL GO FROM 120 FPS TO LIKE 20 OUT OF NOWHERE AND ITS ONLY FIXED BY EXITING GAME THEN RELOADIONG SAVE.

the problem was: my 3070TI was ♥♥♥♥♥♥ from factory. Good thing it was under warranty, I now have a 4060ti
