TATARI Difficulty and no reward?
So i just thought I would make my feelings known or unless someone can help.

So Back Story, I Play all of my games on the hardest Difficulty first time as usually there is an achievement for the game and i don't like to replay if i don't have to as it sometimes sours the taste of a good game and i try to 100% the steam achievements.

Let me add that this game by the way is an amazing game and i LOVE IT!

HOWEVER i am now stuck and forced to not be able to progress with the spirits, I am on 99.96% completed of spirits transferred leaving one, the Morite Shrine Spirit in the top of the tower... Now playing on TATARI i opted not to get the summon a tengu for obvious reasons.. But i am unable as you do not get XP from killing nor quests only KK's notes.

I do not feel like i can progress the game and complete the last boss because i have no other option but to replay the game on easy and recollect every spirit again, Do all the containment Cubes and fight in the Hyakki Yako.

Disgruntled is to say the least, But i thought maybe a dev may see this and either make an achievement for playing on such difficulty or make it somewhat possible to clear the achievements on TATARI

what is this "obvious reasons" you mean? just curious. surely maneuverability skills are the most important when skill points are limited.

Knowing what the skill is, I wouldn’t play past hard, combat has too many odd choices to be played without skill points.

This was the exact reason I decided against that difficulty. There was no achievement for it and it actively prevented you from getting one if I remember correctly.

That's unfortunate for you but I guess you'll only have these two options. Finish the game on this save and just do a quick replay to unlock all skill trees on a lower difficulty. Either that or you don't finish the game.

I don't think replaying the entire game including all collectibles is going to do you any good. I mean if you want a full 100% save file you have to do that but what's the point?

Obvious reasons is that you would take other skills when you're limited to XP from only books or Story Missions, So you prioritise damage and the ability to dodge and move faster out of stuff.

Obvious reasons is that you would take other skills when you're limited to XP from only books or Story Missions, So you prioritise damage and the ability to dodge and move faster out of stuff.
So beads, since only those increase damage.

i see. personally i would never take damage/health before mobility that would possibly get me to unreachable places.

Since it takes a lot of skill points to get those skills. Makes more sense to save that when you have access to the entire map.
