Perfect Game bugged?

Is there a reason why I don't have the perfect game status for Lighthouse Keeper with all achievements unlocked?

"Profile Features Limited" on the store page. Not sure why for this game.

Having the same issue as well and on other small games and for no discernible reason

i think because there is not many players steam thinks the game could be made just for perfect game achievements and so won't give them until there are more players
