Why are you punishing PC players by making them wait years for the part 2 and part 3 of this game in order to cater to console exclusives? The game is linear, the fetch quests are infantile, boring, and repetitive. We had to mod it in order to fix your bugs. Since this game is stringing players along for an incomplete game then I would recommend waiting for a sale, or for them to release all the parts for the PC players. What is the point of paying full price for an unfinished game while at the same time enduring the sting of discrimination for being a PC gamer?

Never played a Final Fantasy game before, but this is a great jumping point into the series, updating the out of date turn based combat with a hybrid approach of action and turn based options. Characters are goofy, but story is interesting.

Whoever thought the first boss fight would be better if they just broke it up with a bunch of cutscenes should be fired. FF7 is a classic and it's story and presentation continue to stand the test of time. All this game does is expand endlessly with silly anime tropes and over the top action I never wanted out of this series. Square needs to learn the virtues of pacing and brevity if they ever want to expand their market outside of weebs.

Abundance of pointless, bloat content and nothing like the original Final Fantasy VII. </3

Would find myself criticizing this game forever, since It's not Final Fantasy VII. It's entirely different and I cannot force myself to play it anymore. Would highly encourage modding the original FF7 and adventuring the ideal, intended experience and not this overpriced 70$ dating simulator.
