The DLC patch from JAST is just for 18+ content. I don't have the patch on me, but if it's an exe file just run it and it should patch it or drag and drop if it just gives you a bunch of files. For the fan restorarion patch, go to the Majikoi subreddit and on the sidebar there should be a link to the folder with the fan patches under "Patches to restore ALL voice acting, add back System voices, and change Hermy/Crabba to Yadon/Karin." In there, for voice acting you must absolutely download the two patches named "Script Voice Restore" and "System Voice Restore." After unizipping them, you should just have to drag and drop the files into the root directory of the Majikoi folder that installed (can be found by right-clicking it in your Steam library and selecting "browse files"). The other one ("Yadon Karin Name Patch") is just a text change if you want to download it where it changes the localization names of the hermit crabs to those used in the old fan translation for those who prefer or are more familiar with those names.
