Where in god's name is the h-patch for this game?

I've been searching around and have seen every other person talking about it, but haven't found ♥♥♥♥-all for where EXACTLY I'm supposed to download it.

You have to buy it on jastusa website. You have to pay like 4 USD for it and need an account, but that is it. I tried posting a link to it in another thread and got my account almost perma banned so I won't post a link to the actual store page. Just look up "majikoi dlc jast"
