This is quite interesting

Tuono - A noble estate with small village. It currently has no owner.
It was formerly owned by El Merce bloodline before their Blood Tide ran dry.
According to the ancient tradition, the Archduke of Magra will grant Tuono to the
next bloodline to be ennobled by the Sword.

There are a lot of interesting things on the map :)

Just looking exclusively at Magra already, my guess is that if you end up going the noble route and get enobled by the sword, you get the Tuono estate, while if you go the spiritual route you join the monastery at Valona, and a commoner could become rich from silver mines in Sulmina...

All purely speculative, of course.
