Narrator?
Anyone know if they will ever hire a narrator, at least for the visually impaired? This is such an amazing game/book.

Imagine laying in bed streaming this to a tablet, having the dialogue narrated.

Hi! I'm sorry to say, but this is very unlikely.
The amount of text is enormous, and it is prohibitevely expensive for us to hire even one competent actor to voice all of it.
I hope you'll be able to enjoy the game in its current form!

Well perhaps in a sequel if this first game sells well, but of course hiring an English and also a Russian narrator would be expensive. Perhaps you could crowd fund the sequel for this and perhaps add more art work as stretch goals along with more side-plot in a sequel.

This way the crowd funding will pay for the extras and backers could get a discount on the game if they didn't back the game up to what its full price will be. Having the first game under your belt and as proof that you can do a more ambitious game, with the same gameplay just more content and with narration as well as retaining the same writers and artist too. Sometimes a sequel does not even resemble the first game as the devs want to reinvent the wheel again not knowing what worked well the first time and mess things up. Hopefully this wouldn't be the case at all with you guys.

In any case if a crowdfund were to be set up, I would recommend Anthony Skordi for the English narration, he was a brilliant narrator in Hand of Fate 1 and 2.

I think some people (albeit with little talent) would do this sort of work for free. Honestly I've *been* doing it for free with my ongoing series on this wonderful game, simply for the joy of reading aloud and being able to experiment with Old British accents! (Although I will say, every Woman that I've read so far has had the same terrible voice xD)

I understand, would you look into crowd funding in the future (as others mentioned) for a voice actor? I do really enjoy the game, but just as others with a reading disability it can get really tiring reading on the computer screen for so long.

I must say having the option of turning on narration would have made the game 10x better.
It does not even need to be very good, one take from one guy would be fine.
"Daeron Augustus" on youtube did a playtrough where he read the story, he did some mistakes but something like that would be fine.

Even an AI to narrate would be amazing IMO.
