So here's the issue I beat the Blorp's highscore in Galaxy Brawl at Chucko's Stronghold and got the Space Captain figure, but I left the stage via the button in the pause menu, thinking that the minigame room of the stage is considered a hub and I can just leave whenever...Well, that was wrong apparently, and now I do not have the figurine, but the highscore is beaten by almost a thousand points, making it way harder to beat again. ALSO, Blorp's dialog suggests that I already beat it, so I'm not even sure ...

I ran the game on my steamdeck first, then tried downloading it on PC to keep going. When I tried opening the game on PC, yesterday it would just fail to load and steam would go back to the play button, now it's just hanging on the stop button without actually starting the game....
