It's pretty intense vanilla, johns game was disturbing and well paced. But this is just intense and finding the item paths really does feel like pure survival. Looked at a few of necos videos on ytube but I had to turn them off quick cause it looked to spoilerish (not his fault cause walkthrough) but that's why I tend to like spoiler free written walkthroughs. I've been stuck in the Nursing Block A for nearly an hour now. I've been trawling through the forums to find an answer, and it seems like there was a Computer Room I was supposed to find? And I've got the bomb, the Emerald, and the 2F Key. And it DOES seem like the door I'm looking for is, in fact, on the second floor somewhere. But I swear on my life, I have clicked every door in the entire second floor FIVE TIMES now, and all of the ones I haven't opened yet are still either locked or busted. There's two...

so i find the key, yet the contraption still is locked on the arm, and it still cuts the fingers, is it bugged? i think i tried every key to make it work...

To the developer, I want to know which of the difficulties is easy to hardest. Also I'm can't get past the forest area with all those enemies chasing after me, plus I can't make it inside the church. I'm out of ammo on the Tommy Gun and low on chainsaw fuel. I'm stuck and I need help please....
