I'm having two issues with New Neighbears. When i installed the DLC, all but one of my blackberry bushes turned into snowberry bushes! Has anyone else had this happen?

Also, I have a quest from Beatrice Mellifera to complete a pattern with some fish and a crab. I can't for the life of me figure out where to place the crab to complete the pattern. I read elsewhere of others having this issue and that the daily skull puzzle disappeared at the same time. Today, I have no skull puzzle. Any help?
