Workaround: launch windose manually (Steam ▸ steamapps ▸ common ▸ NEEDY GIRL OVERDOSE ▸ NEEDY GIRL OVERDOSE.app ▸ Contents ▸ MacOS ▸ Windose)
Seems like this occurs only in Full Screen Mode. Manually changing Settings.es3 resolves the issue (RESOLUTION.value from 1 to 2).
Same goes when i reach the new game window too

it’s just a VN so it should run on this potato 😭😭
I've tried creating a new game, deleting my save, uninstalling and reinstalling, nothing helps.
Leaving my specs just in case, but as I said before it ran just fine yesterday for several hours...
