Performance sucks ♥♥♥♥ in full screen mode.

Like a few games lately it runs at a very low frame rate in full screen. under 30fps and all over the place. Up to 70 or 80 spikes but stays low so mouse is always laggy. RX 7900 XT. Ryzen 9 5900x runs at 4.8+ in games most of the time. On m.2 drive. 32gb cl14 b die Tridant Z 3600 cant remember exact model but it's one of the quickest and the reason i swapped it with the Kingston Renegade 32gb 4000 i had in it.
