I want to stream this game on streamlabs but it doesnt seem to work, is there a way maybe to fullscreen the game and see if that works

Game cannot be played. When I started using only the Z key, The character keeps moving up. I can only use the ZXCV←→ keys. Someone who has the same problem as me? I want to enjoy this game.

Can I get a list of the controls? I'm a quadriplegic and I use a specialized controller that I need to create a specific profile for my controls. Any help would be great, thanks.
