Throughout the game, it says that Taggart is in command.
In the room where you get the sub-machinegun (the spitter), there's a walker.
In the editor, it says his name is Taggart.
If you click on the computer, it's a message to Taggart.
So we can assume this is Taggart's apartment and that is Taggart that turned into a walker while he was preparing some cereal.

How is he "In command" if he's making breakfast.
I don't think he'd be hanging out while the base is being attacked.
Was that simply his wife in the apartment, or something?
Had he resigned to his fate and wanted to die with a mouthful of GBallz?

Second question, who on the security team uses swords?
There's a sword rack in the office with the USB stick.
It holds two swords, but one is missing.
There's a sword stabbed into one of the operbots.
Can we assume that the person with the swords in their office is the one who stabbed the operbot?
Who was that? I think the most likely candidates would be Taggart (unless he's in his apartment), Kane or Lewis.
