Siren head doesn't make any sounds until he sees you, but in media and stuff, he makes sounds even when not chasing something. I think having him make sounds idly would make the game better

this is EZ I bet 1 dollar that people can't do this just because of fear of anything that is horror.

I got all the survivor notes (+secret 5th) and all car parts (+matches), fixed the car and escaped. But the achievement didn't pop up, all of that trouble for nothing
