Crash before the door

Everytime, at the tutorial, when we arrive at the door, the game crash, any solution ?

找到问题解决方法了,应该是UE版本太老了新电脑不兼容/ The crash problem is fixed, crash may be because the UE version is old and your PC is up to 10th intel or higher.

打开“文件资源管理器”（Win+E），右键单击“此电脑”，然后选择“属性”
选择“高级系统设置”
在“高级”选项卡中选择“环境变量”
在“系统变量”下选择“新建... ”
输入下面的文字并选择“确定”
变量名称：OPENSSL_ia32cap
变量值：~0x200000200000000
确认变量已添加成功，然后选择“确定”

1. Open “File Explorer” (Win+E), right-click on “This PC”, and select “Properties”
2. Select “Advanced System Settings”
3. Select “Environment Variables” in the “Advanced” tab
4. Select “New…” under “System variables”
5. Input the text below and select “OK”
Variable name: OPENSSL_ia32cap
Variable value: ~0x200000200000000
6. Confirm that the variable has been added successfully, then select “OK”

Problem fixed!
