Sound update?
I was hoping the sound update would have added some sweet racing music and some louder wind/tires sound the faster you go. It's still nearly silent as you race which is kind of sad :(

Music is still being worked on. Currently only the Level Editor has music.

Yannic's sound update was primarily focused on sounds (e.g booster/tire noises on various different surfaces and the many other sounds added in V16)
