Ending wont trigger

Completed all games, mirror vanished in basement. When I approach the shattered ship no dialogue takes place.

I had the same issue, managed to trigger the ending by resetting the puzzle data and rerunning the castle hub. You have to launch each game, but if you've cleared them you can just exit immediately.

Had more trouble getting the 100% achievement, but that may've been from me setting my system time to August (December gives the hub a Christmas theme I thought might have also been messing with the triggers)

Reran it with correct system time and still got credits without the achievement. I'll trust other posters in the board and see if it'll drop with time
