The hardcore mode in this game is a bit disappointing. In trine 2 it was perfect because sometimes there were just one hero left and he had to make it alone to the next checkpoint to restore the teammates. That was very exciting

Now in trine 5, if a member dies you restart the whole chapter so the checkpoints lost sense.
