Audio localization is pretty expensive and we decided to go for the "normal" languages (and in fact dropped Italian after a heavy decision) + add a few text/subtitle languages instead. The full subtitle languages are:
* English
* German
* French
* Spanish (Spain)
* Spanish (Latin America)
* Italian
* Brazilian Portuguese
* Russian
* Simplified Chinese
* Traditional Chinese

In the future we hope to offer more audio voice options for the popular markets but it's hard to say how everything goes (market changes, cost, success of previous games etc).

Ahem, Excuse me- What I meant was - if you need a hand (or rather, Vocal chords) in voicing a handsome round(ish) Pontius- like character with right intonations- please would you kindly LETMEHAVETHEPUMPKINS look at my modest offering of services? ^_^
We sometimes dream of doing "dev voices" in Finnish (think of the worst dubbing you've ever heard in your own language and that's the 'goal'). But sadly it's quite a lot of effort and would only be funny to ourselves, probably.
(Real talk: When we do localized audio voices, we basically employ the localization company to take care of the casting and recording, and they deliver the final files to us for integration. So we're not truly part of the process - sometimes we choose from a few voice samples for the final casting but after that our part is done. This is probably similar to how all non-AAA games do their localized voice acting.)

But yea, I realise voicing over is a whole process, that just RL acting, needs certain "connection" between the actors, requires them to be in the same atmosphere, so to speak..... so localization company is pretty much the best bet (especially if people from that country are already familiar with voices from other games).
Thank you!
But srsly- the Game's gonna be fun and great, judging by previous titles in the series- I'd advise to get it))
Actor/actress list for each language is part of the Credits, I'm sure that will be posted online/YouTube at some point too. :)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AUCJw_TVm_w - German (as I have also noticed, there are different gameplay trailers for each hero voiced in German on that XboxDynasty channel)

The Spanish voices are masterful.
