• fixed bug that prevented the unlocking of the score achievements (Champion Claus, Super Santa, Jumping Legend) based in the victory screen (points for extra lives were not included)

- fixed stuck pusher with non-vsynched fast PCs
- game now limits the maximal frame rate to 150 to prevent exhausting GPU/CPU usage

- player can now start the game from any unlocked level instead of the episode's start
- fixed minor issue with mouse cursor when changing application's focus
- the right analog stick of gamepads now controls the horizontal character rotation as well
- changed some configuration parameter of the PhysX SDK that may have caused problems with some nvidia graphic cards

- improved mouse controls in terms of fast horizontal movements

- added minimal random start delay for traps to avoid perfectly simultaneous actions that may cause lags due to the physic engine (waking up actors)
- decreased difficulty of the swing passage in the last level of the nasty forest

- corrected physical attributes of hammers and pushers (less randomized directional impulses)
- added a small delay before buffer moving upwards again (to climb on)
