Hi! Thanks for your message.
We totally understand the frustration, but please note that the console version of the game is not developed by our team. We’re only responsible for the PC version – the console port is handled by a completely separate company (Ultimate Games), and we have no control over its state, updates, or bugs.
Think of it like this: imagine we created a cool board game, and someone else made a mobile version of it. If the mobile app crashes or doesn’t work properly, it wouldn’t make sense to contact the original board game creators – because they didn’t make the app and can’t fix it.
By giving us a negative review, you are only harming our game and us who work hard to provide you with the best possible version on PC. (Look, in the PC version after the new update, we released 3 hotfixes in a week to fix all the bugs that players reported! If we could help, we would, but unfortunately we have no influence on the console version. We also tried contact them, unfortunately we are being screwed by that company)
Thanks for your understanding!
Did sent them several messages they don't answer. We pay for the game and get a game full of bugs and then oh yeah is not our problem. Well u did give them the rights to port the game to playstation. So what can we do as gamer if they don't answer we are almost a year further and still nothing but there own games means everything for them.
We understand your frustration and we are also pissed off. We have asked many times for fixes for the simplest bugs, but apparently this game is not important to them... Unfortunately we can't influence them in any way :(
