I'm at the stage in the game where I just inherited the basement to turn it into a fish shop. I cleaned it all up, and apparently made the mistake of spending too much painting the walls and adding floors and whatnot when I guess the game didn't actually want me to do that. So now it has me working on the fish aquarium in the room. I cleaned it, added stuff, added fish, and the last criteria I had on the mission objective list was to make 3 different types of saltwater fish happy. The last thing I had to do to make them happy was add more fish. Even small saltwater fish are expensive so buying a bunch to make them happy burned through my remaining money quickly.

I now have $20 to my name and (0/3) saltwater fish species happy in my tank. So... what can I do? I'm out of money so I can't buy more fish to make the fish I have happy. I'm not sure how to obtain additional money as I've already sold all the junk in the basement. I can't accept another job with the tank on the table in the middle of the room.

Did I break the game by running out of money when I wasn't supposed to? Or is there a way to obtain more money that I haven't discovered yet?
