hi did you clicked this items? If so they should be in your building menu avaiable beccause all placeable items going to this section. This is no bug it's a way how this game works. Counts also for clothes if you click them they avaiable for equip in your wardrobe.

Hello Pixie! Once you unpack your parcels, the items should go straight into your build mode or wardrobe. Could you please check if they're in there and let me know if you can find it?

While at Uni, I received a treadmill and something else that I've forgotten about. I really wanted that treadmill. Like, I was prepared to build an entire home gym around that thing. Not only did it disappear, it never arrived.
