I need the item "watchdog heart" for a quest and item crafting. Online guides say, they are dropped by the enemy "Abyss Lupus Monoceros" in Mount Harrtyl with the eye of providence. I got the eye and have gone several times through the whole zone... no red wolf is spawning. I watched a youtuve video of someone fighting these wolves, went to the same place with the eye (could see/walk on the blue light beams) but no enemy spawned.

Is this a bug? All other red enemies in abyss spawned normally for me with the eye.
