SimRail is new, advanced railway simulator. Master high-speed long-distance EMU, heavy freight hauls and suburban trains. Travel 500 km of geodetic-data based real routes. Become train dispatcher and control the traffic according to the schedule or cooperate with other players on multiplayer mode.

new services introduced, with some freight trains capable of doing vmax=120km/h*
all container train consists changed not to use Res cars anymore
system now can detect if the train can reach the next station with the route set (trying to dispatch a train on a dead-end track should not be possible now)
Fixed first Vmax set after spawning a train

What happened recently?

Okay guys, quick question. I remember recently there was an outrage about them marking the game as released while still unfinished, DLC/addons model, etc. Now I got to the Steam page and it's mostly positive recent reviews, no DLC in the store, and much less complaint about stability and whatnot. Could anyone explain what in the world happened?...

What is KO Blocks?

Prob such a silly question but was operating the Sosnowiec Glowny Dispatch box and seemed to be nailing it. But then and big box appeared saying "Please don't forget to use the KO blocks" I ignored it thinking was just a one off error but then it did it again in yellow. Didn't stay for it to reach red. So what was I doing wrong and what are KO blocks please?...

Driving side of the game, is meh but that's just because not into it at all when there are sooo many train driving sims out there.

Dispatcher though, this is where it hooks me personally, it's fantastic!!! With real life players passing by, giving you some toneage of night time flashes with the headlights, and having to work with other dispatchers also real players is just so fun and rewarding. 9'/10 atm because there seems to be no use for yards or industries as such but other wise what a game.
