A new patch is up for No More Heroes 2: Desperate Struggle. Here's what's new:

- Keys assigned to High/Low Beat Attack on keyboard can now be used to shoot in "Bizarre Jelly 5" mini-game.
- Fixed another situation in Side Job 08 "Stings So Good" where the player's controls could become locked.
- Fixed a crash that could occur at the end of some Side Jobs.
- Fixed an uncommon situation where the achievement "It was a Desperate Struggle" could fail to unlock.
- Fixed a crash caused by enabling MSAA on certain graphics cards.
- Slightly improved performance and quality when FXAA is enabled.
- Improved compatibility with variable refresh rate displays.
- Other minor performance optimizations and stability fixes.

I am legit crying in happiness

So far from my experience this game no longer crashes. That is all we have been wanting for almost 4 years. I hope they make everything work with all the achievements on both games. I can at least appreciate a franchise finally works fully on pc and I can recommend it to other people now. Please keep fixing it and leave all the issues you have for them on discord....

han pasado como 3 años desde que lo compre , pude jugar la primera vez y despues solo crasheos , nunca he podido jugarlo , han sacado parches este 2025 pero aun no soluciona varios problemas , en mi caso que nisiquiera inicie :(

I wanted to buy the game but I read that it has constant crashes and bugs with the achievements, I wanted to know if it was fixed or not worth buying.

A new patch is up for No More Heroes 2. Here's what's new:

- Full keyboard and mouse support has been added.
- Gamepad rebinding is now supported.
- Default controls have been updated for most minigames.
- The game is now compatible with Steam’s Offline Mode.
- The following achievements now unlock properly: “Desperate Massacre”, “Minigame Masteroo” and “Maybe See a Doctor?”
- Text prompts and notifications from interactable objects now appear consistently.
- General stability fixes and minor Quality of Life improvements.

WHY This game requires a controller??

"No More Heroes 2: Desperate Struggle requires a controller in order to play. Playing with a keyboard and mouse isn't supported." WHY?? why not on keyboard or house. what if some players dont have the controller? what they will do??

The port works and you can get all the achievements now, so I can leave a positive review recommending this sicko game for sickos. We hate Batt Jr.

it made me sad but not in an emotional way but like ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ this is just nothing there is no ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ substence the entire expirience really felt hellish it was quite intense
