I have added partial gamepad/controller support to the game.

This means that you are now able to play the game fully with a gamepad or controller, bar using the menu screens.

You'll still need a mouse to navigate through some menu screens and interface elements, but you can play each level with your gamepad/controller now.

Bellow is a mapping guide to show the specific keys and buttons for the gamepad/controller layout. The game is mapped to an Xbox controller, but most controllers would work.

As of now this feature is still early and being developed, but is functional.

- Rebalanced some sound effects.
- Removed the need to spend spirits to use the melee attack.
- Added head bobbing.
- Added invert Y axis support.
- Both head bobbing and invert Y axis are now selectable from the gameplay section of the pause menu.
- Fixed some collider issues on various cliffs.
- Reduced the amount of fog in some levels.
- Added partial controller support.

- Piercing arrows now shoot through enemies and can kill multiple enemies.
- Fixed the damage zones in Black Falls Swamp that killed the player instantly.
- Improved Tchall's pathfinding.
- Fixed a bug where the spells had to be upgraded twice to get to level 2.
- Fixed a bug where you could buy an upgrade for the spells past the maximum level, that would cost spirits but not change its level.
- Fixed a bug where the level 1 lighting spell didn't cost any mana to cast.
- Adjusted spell mana cost for all spells and spell levels.
- Fixed a bug where the main menu's music would not play after launch.

- Fixed a bug where Crimson's sword killed the player after Crimson has died.
- Fixed a bug where Crimson could kill the player in 1 hit.
- Added multiple new graphics options to the graphics menu, these are : Vignetting, Volumetric blood and Screen Space Reflection).
- Enabled the audio options menu.
- Added a mute music option to the audio options menu.
- Lowered the drop rate of all pickups.
- Increased the drop rate of vials.
- Adjusted the Kills needed objective for all levels.

- Fixed colliders on specific rocks.
- Added spirit dash instructions to tutorial level.
- Added more lumber drops to destructible props.
- Fixed Skeleton Turret's ranged attack.
- Increased amount needed to level up.

When I started working on Death Rattle - Hell Unleashed in 2019 I never intended for it to become such a massive project. Originally I wanted it to be a much smaller scale game with only three or four levels, needless to say - I suck at managing scope!

I am however very happy with how large the game has become, and I am very proud to be able to launch on Steam finally!

As this is a single player game, I wont be posting too many updates regularly, but I do have a few plans and big updates in the works for the game - so keep a look out for those in the future! I do plan to regularly fix bugs and glitches so if you see any please let me know.
