試試看先刪游戲，然後刪掉C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\The Nine Regions
然後重裝

It is also crashing for me. It appears to try, then fail, to download the updates. Anyone else? I tried to delete and reinstall, but that failed to fix the problem.

Well, I have no idea what is happening, however when I download the game on my working laptop, it functions just fine. My guess is something is conflicting with this game, not sure what it is.

To be more specific, I get an error that it is "unable to get the version information." It then asks me to clear the local cache after trying 5 times. Still no success after that.
