Coalitions

How do i get a coalition? Really dont know what i have to do to "Govern 2 consecutive coalition governments." I somehow need to do this in order to get the "coalition kid" achivement. I have tried multiple times, even if the election is really close im not getting coalitions. Somebody please help. thanks

Save right before an Election that you know you will win and make sure you have like 30 Political Capital to spend, now raise Income Tax so high your Popularity drops juuuust low enough so you still win the Ellection but its a Coalition. If it goes to low and you get voted or you win without a Coalition you simply reload

well now... 2 hours later... I have found out, that if you switch ministers before the election is way more reliable. BUT now i have a different problem. I did exactly that, had my coalition government, and did it a second time. This should be two consecutive coalition governments. Problem now beeing, that i dont get the achivement.

Well I got the Achievment after 3 Coalitions
