New player here. I have been waiting for 10 minutes plus for a match to start after clicking start shift. The shift never starts just keeps on ticking away. Is this normal?

I miss this game lol, i know its been a few years but it was fun.

the game was dope when it first came out, but theres barely 50 players at peak and they're still putting updates out... why? it needs to die
