Game keeps freezing on World of tank Logo after launch
Well, its keeps freezing in that state I have to use task manager to close it completely, or just sign out and sign in into windows again as Im unable to even alt tab because of that, not a problem with any other games, its getting really annoying , I need to try non steam version and see if issue is there but so far I moved on steam version there is issues, and I guess its connected to that corrupted files which each time steam finds out during file verification

If you're on a windows PC, browse to the following location:

C:/Users/{username}/AppData/Roaming/Wargaming.net/WorldOfTanks

N.B. The AppData folder is a hidden system folder, you may need to enable the option to 'show hidden files and folders'

Once you find the WorldOfTanks folder, open the Preferences.xml file in a text editor like NotePad or NotePad++

Scroll down through the preferences file until you find the section labelled <devicePreferences>

In that section, now look for the following data tags...

<fullscreenWidth>
<fullscreenHeight>
<fullscreenRefresh>

Make sure the values for each of these data tags match the specifications for your screen, if any of them have weird or random values, carefully alter them so they are correct for your hardware.

If you make any changes now save and close the file, and then retest the game.
