After the 1st quest I sent my guys to tavern, but I can't skip turn. what's the button to skip turn or what do I do for them to rest?

Why so difficult to work out? I dont think any other game in the history of gaming has a really difficult obscure way to use an inn. This is a massive step back for humanity.

anytime i get into a fight that involves bandits with a cart in the first area, once the battle is over, im still stuck in combat. i cant take a turn, i cant surrender, and none of my guys will move at all. i have to exit the game and lose all progress to fix it....

Seeing as they are taking suggestions from the community... howabout some new map? New monsters? Update the reputation tab to be more meaningful?
