I was given a quest to "complete basic weapons training" but absolutely no pointers on how I should go about doing that, I've spent an hour running around the starting area trying to figure out how to complete a tutorial and I'm still no closer to achieving that.

Edit: Apparently I was experiencing a bug cause after playing the game again today I had some more information in the top left corner of my VR view telling me exactly how to complete the tutorial quests.
