Can't join playfab server

Hello, i just bought Tsuro on Steam, it's an amazing game and i like it, but please when i try to join multiplayer, i get this message : "Can't join playfab server".
Please could you help ?

Same result here. I've played many online games and never before had this particular problem. Maybe the online game servers are down? Updated ... As of 1/7 - it is now working - thanks for you help!

Hi there! Apologies for the slow response to this, but I'm crazy busy this week! This looks like a Photon issue, but it seems like there servers are all up and running OK. Let me investigate... Apologies for the inconvenience.

Hello! I have checked the following...
Playfab Server = All Good
Photon Server = All Good
Playfab Capactiy = All Good
Photon Capacity = All Good
I played a few online games and everything seems to be working OK...

Are you chaps still seeing this issue?

In the meantime, I'll reach out to my online specialist and see if he knows anything.

1st try it blocked searching a game after automatic matchmakig, now it seems It works again, thank you ! I'm trying to find other players now...

Good to hear it! I'm getting reports in from other folks that the online is now working again for them. It must have been a server issue... I'll post any more info I can dig up. Apologies for the inconvenience.

Hi, everyone! Apparently Microsoft updated Playfab... which broke the multiplayer. Fortunately the nice folks at Photon have fixed this on their server, so it should all work now!
