I have not purchased the game but to the best of my knowledge, the Kirakira Stars Idol Project patches are restoration patches and have mosaic censorship. I'm basing this on the vndb.org entries and also reddit posts I've found that say they have mosaic censorship.

However, Denpasoft just released uncensored, non-mosaic'd versions of the three Kirakira Idol Project games (Reika, Ai, and Nagisa) on their website.
