I'm very sorry about this, Joker, but regional price adjustments based on currency fluctuations are a necessity — we can't keep a fixed price point when currencies lose so much value. Have a look at some charts for the last year and compare the value of the Rubel against Euro and USD and hopefully you understand what I mean.
This was interesting to read. I never thought about currency fluctuations and prices of games. When OP posted this, the ruble was 1/3 of what it was the year before.
It's the same thing with commodities, except commodities, being contracts, usually rely on the forward rates rather than the spot rates.
