Try to reinstall the game and play with new save but dont get any achievements. Anyone had this problem too?

Has anyone had trouble with the spring compressor ? i need to assemble a shock but is says press E to remove parts but there are no parts in it and i cannot join parts either. Verified game files and reinstalled but still the same. Help please !
