to get a "tied house" aka an exclusive trade deal, look for t3 and t4 booze buyers. get your relationship up to 20+. and when selling booze look for the line to establish an exclusive agreement. they will want $100 to $200 for this but that is pocket change to you....

Do i need to enable something to get the commands to work?

I have tried to see if it was possible,to find a list, which shows what skills are prefered in the specialists in your outfit,but i can only find one for the standard game, i cant find one,which also explains the speciallists role in the mod "after the prohibition". Is there anybody how knows where to find one? I thank you in advance for your help..;-)...
