Madness Level
Im probably missing something .... but i cannot change madness levels?
Ive finished the single player adventure like 5 times, made sure to click madness level, but when i finish an adevnture and go to start a new one i cant change the level stays at 0....

Have you been using the sandbox options at all? If thats on, then you cannot advance your Madness track afaik.

Just in case, if kesa's isn't it, did you push Confirm in the madness level select menu after selecting the higher level of it? Canceling out of the menu is a thing (that I have totally not done).
