I mean to collect seeds with special events, I'll sometimes update this top post when I find seeds or when I see seeds in the comments.

GORKY = Purple event at the lake south of the starting map. (Last Piece Quest)
SAKURA = START Purple "Goblin Slime Town"
FRANCE = START Blue "Lost Sheep" | BLUE Green "Whirlpool" | RED Blue "Rider Patrol |
YOLO = BLUE North "River Bank" for Asmody pet
JERIKO = START "Jewel Key for Blue sewer" | BLUE Purple "White Horde" | RED Purple "Ancient Ruins"

I am looking for pet seed, especially mozzy since he's the last one which is a random encounter that I didn't have, but here's one that I have got since I see this thread, hope this works

BUY ACROSS THE OBELISK = Asmody + Daley + Oculy
GIFT ACROSS THE OBELISK = Betty + Mozzy + Orby

Between these two, you should be able to get every pet.

Aquarfall marsh: mosquito nets(mozzy), sailor's story, monster trainer(occuly),
Velkarath: runemaster, raider patrol, obsidian shipment(orby), epic mysterious throne

I haven’t tested it for every pet yet, but it seems that using the name of the pet you want as the seed will spawn the required event.
