making new chars with mods is a huge pain, frankensteining new moveset from parts of animations of other chars, adding allthat in so it will not clash with existing animations and so on, it would take big an dedicated community - wich mb doesnt have. even mvc community barely able to put out something like this, and mvc is much much bigger. so only way - if you make such mod yourself, good luck
