I played through most of the game on Medium difficulty and wasn't able to get the "light, light, light, light" combo to trigger a single time. It didn't matter whether I mashed the button or varied the timing; it just wouldn't come out. I eventually set the difficult to Easy to just try to get through the end of the game, and lo and behold, the combo started triggering consistently. Is this by design, or is it a bug? I genuinely can't tell whether I'm playing the game wrong or whether something is broken.
