2 hours is not working

any tips on how to get the achievement? ive played apx 2.5 hours and it hasnt done anything.

So which levels could you not beat so far? I spent at least an hour or so on level 48 with no success, so I'll start this list with that one. #48

I have been playing the game for at least 3+ hours and the achievement hasn't triggered. Has anybody else had a problem with this one?
